![]() ![]() ![]() I heard nothing from them, so my planner contacted them again the week after our wedding, and they still didn't contact me. Our wedding planner was very up front with the attendant about the bad service, and she informed me the night of the wedding that he had called the company and they had agreed to give us a full refund on the service. The pictures themselves are not good quality, and the background was not aimed at the tent wall but instead at the wedding reception, so it's hard to see the people in the photos and the background images are distracting. When he finally got it working, he failed to put the image/our names on it, so the first several set of photos have "YOUR IMAGE HERE" at the bottom instead of our names and wedding date. When he returned, he continued to have trouble setting up the equipment, so the booth was not set up for over 3 hours into the 5 hour package we had paid for (not to mention that these delays meant that he was setting in up in the corner of the tent WHILE our reception was going on, which was extremely frustrating - it was supposed to be set and ready to go before the tent even opened for dinner service). If you want a local company that cares about a special day as much as you do, the obvious choice is to not go to with Picture Perfect Photo Booth Rentals. When I asked non-rhetorically, does your contract cover pandemics, she didn't reply. She refused, saying that the contract states they recoup all money. We asked if she'd be able to refund our deposit or at least provide a percentage. We emailed Vicky regarding our situation and explained we've had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19. This place does not represent Columbus, OH, appropriately. Then there are vendors like Picture Perfect who recoup deposits despite circumstances out of our control. ![]() We love Columbus, OH, and strictly were using local vendors to give back to a community that gives back to us. The theme of our wedding was local businesses. We are among many couples that have had to cancel their wedding altogether. Unfortunately, COVID19 has swept the world. My fiance and I planned on getting married in May 2020. But more importantly, this place lacks empathy. Ure Perfect Photobooth was difficult to communicate with regarding our budget and what we wanted. ![]()
